Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover Cards. Sales tax (8.25%) will be added to orders shipped to California residences.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return a product we will gladly accept as long as the product is unused and in their original condition and packaging. Merchandise must be received 30 days from the invoice date to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if purchases were made from onelilsnap.com. We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
If you would like to exchange or return, you must first send an email to returns@onelilsnap.com, along with the order number, and name of the product returning, and the name of the product you want to exchange them for (in the case of an exchange). Once we receive your email, we will email you a confirmation number, along with further instructions. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an email confirmation number.
Shipping
We ship USPS first class on the majority of our shipments but in some cases it is cost effective to ship via USPS priority for our clients. Processing of orders is typically completed within a 48 hour period. Once an order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates can be purchased simply by placing the desired value in your shopping cart and proceed to check out. After the gift certificate is purchased a gift code will be sent using the email address you provided. Gift certificates can only be redeemed online at onelilsnap.com.
To redeem gift certificates, enter your gift certificate number in the field provided upon checkout. The amount will be applied to your order. All onelilsnap.com gift certificate sales are final. Onelilsnap.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Onelilsnap.com is also not responsible for gift certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate information, such as an invalid email address.

One Lil' Snap products are carefully made, but can be considered a choking hazard. Infants and toddlers should be monitored at all times while they are wearing or in the presence of One Lil' Snap products.
